Who handles your information

OSAS Enterprises operates this storefront from Ado Ekiti, Nigeria. For a privacy enquiry or request, email Obakpoloosas2@gmail.com. Please identify the account or order concerned without sending passwords or payment security codes.

Information you provide

• Accounts: your name, email, authentication information and policy acknowledgement. Passwords are handled by the authentication service; do not send them to support.
• Orders: your contact and delivery details, selected products, quantities, delivery notes, payment references and payment/delivery status.
• Support: messages and information you choose to provide when asking for help.
• Technical information: browser requests, network information and service logs may be processed by the services delivering the site, authentication, payments and images.

Why we use it

We use information to provide an account, respond to your requests, process and fulfil orders, verify payments, arrange delivery, provide receipts and investigate problems or misuse. Processing needed to perform your order or requested service is separate from any optional marketing permission. Legal recordkeeping and appropriate service-security needs may also apply. Where optional consent is needed, it should be requested separately and can be withdrawn.

Service providers and other recipients

The storefront uses Supabase for authentication and stored account/order information, and Paystack for payment processing. OS Enterprise receives payment references and results rather than your full card details or payment PIN. Transactional email uses Resend when configured. Delivery contact information is provided as needed to fulfil an order through OS Enterprise and its delivery arrangements.

WhatsApp links open a separate service only when you choose to use them. Review the message before sending; checkout enquiries may include the contact and delivery information you entered. Some product images load from external providers, which receive the network request needed to show the image. Those services process information under their own notices. Service providers may process data outside Nigeria; contact OS Enterprise with questions about the arrangements applicable to your information.

Cookies and browser storage

Cart, wishlist and comparison selections are kept on your device. Authentication uses browser storage to maintain your session, and account recovery may use session storage. These features support the service you request. Signing out ends your local account session; clearing site data can also remove saved shopping selections. The current storefront has no optional advertising or analytics tags. See Your Ads Privacy Choices.

Receipts and order tracking

Your order ID can reveal delivery and payment status, so keep it private. Receipt access also asks for the email used at checkout. A verified account can retrieve orders linked to its email. Do not publish your order ID or confirmation links.

Retention and your requests

Account and support information is used for the service and enquiries it relates to. Order and payment records may need to be retained for accounting, dispute resolution and legal requirements. Removing an account does not necessarily erase records that must be retained. Contact OS Enterprise for the retention applicable to your records and to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or other applicable data rights. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

You can ask about the use or sharing of your information and withdraw optional consent without changing the processing already carried out lawfully or the records needed for an order. You may raise an unresolved privacy concern with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Sensitive information and updates

Do not put medical details, health conditions or unrelated sensitive information in checkout notes. Read our Consumer Health Data Privacy Disclosure. This notice is versioned; material changes should be reflected here before new practices begin.
