The current OS Enterprise account and checkout forms do not request medical records, diagnoses, health measurements or other health-data fields. The storefront is not a healthcare or medical-advice service. Product browsing or a perfume purchase should not be treated as a diagnosis or medical recommendation.

Please keep medical information out of order notes

Use delivery notes for landmarks and courier instructions. Avoid including health conditions, prescriptions, allergy histories or other sensitive medical details in orders or support messages. For product ingredients, request the label or manufacturer’s product information without sharing your medical history.

If you have already shared sensitive information

Contact OS Enterprise using the details in the Privacy Notice and identify the relevant message or order. Ask us to review, correct or remove unnecessary information as applicable. Do not repeat medical details in an initial request if an order ID or message date is enough.

Changes to the service

This disclosure describes the current storefront and does not authorise future health-data collection, sharing or advertising. Any proposed health-data feature would require its own assessment, notices and any legally required permissions before it is introduced.
