Conditions of Use

1. Who we are

This storefront is operated by OSAS Enterprises under the store name OS Enterprise, with OS Scents as its perfume collection, in Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria. Our published business contact is Opposite Saviola Clothing, Satellite Road, Oshekita, Ado Ekiti (EKSU area). Contact us if you need to confirm a visit or purchase arrangement.

2. Your account and use of the site

Provide accurate account and delivery information, keep your password and verification links private, and tell us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. Only use an email address you are authorised to use. Do not impersonate another person, misuse payment details, attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the service. If you cannot enter a purchase agreement yourself, ask a parent, guardian or other authorised adult to transact for you.

Account creation requires an affirmative agreement to these conditions and acknowledgement of our Privacy Notice. Marketing and optional tracking are not conditions of account creation.

3. Product information and prices

Review the exact model, storage, colour, condition, included accessories, warranty information and price for the item you select. Illustrative collection photographs are not a guarantee of a particular variant. Estimated prices and “price on request” items need confirmation from OS Enterprise before payment. Prices are shown in Nigerian naira. Check the final delivery fee and order total before paying; contact us about any discrepancy.

4. Orders, enquiries and payment

Saving a product or adding it to your cart does not reserve stock. A WhatsApp order request is an enquiry for confirmation and does not take payment. Eligible online orders continue to Paystack for payment. The payment result page and order ID record the status returned by the payment service; payment confirmation and dispatch are separate steps.

If payment is received but fulfilment needs review, contact OS Enterprise with your order ID so we can resolve availability and agree the appropriate next step, including an applicable refund. If money has left your account but payment is unconfirmed, check the result or contact us before paying again.

5. Delivery

Provide an accurate address, city, state and reachable phone number. Available delivery charges and estimates appear during checkout. Estimates may change with destination, preparation and courier conditions. Use order tracking for published updates or contact us if your delivery is delayed. 6. Returns, refunds and warranties

Contact OS Enterprise promptly about a wrong, damaged, unsafe, defective or materially misdescribed item, or a delivery or payment problem. Keep your order ID, proof of purchase and relevant photographs. See Returns & refunds and Warranty information. Confirm any additional voluntary return or manufacturer warranty terms for your exact item before purchasing.

These conditions do not remove statutory consumer rights, impose a blanket “no refund” rule, or exclude remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Nigerian law.

7. Site content and external services

Product names and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Use this site for lawful shopping and enquiries, and respect intellectual property rights. External payment, messaging and courier services have their own notices and terms. The site may be unavailable during maintenance or service interruptions; contact OS Enterprise for help with an existing order.

8. Changes and complaints

Material changes will be identified by a new policy date and version. Updated conditions apply to future use and transactions as applicable; they do not remove rights relating to an earlier purchase. Contact OS Enterprise first so we can investigate a concern. You may also use the FCCPC’s consumer-rights information and complaint channels. Nothing here prevents you from using a regulator or other lawful remedy.
