Start with OS Enterprise
Contact OS Enterprise promptly if an item arrives wrong, damaged, unsafe, defective or materially different from its description, or if an order has not arrived. Include your order ID, proof of purchase, a description of the problem and relevant photographs. Do not send card security codes or account passwords.
What happens next
OS Enterprise will review the order and issue, explain the available resolution and confirm any return arrangements. Depending on the circumstances and applicable rights, the resolution may include repair, replacement, cancellation or refund. Ask for the return destination and instructions before sending a product. Keep packaging and accessories where available, without treating missing packaging as an automatic loss of statutory rights.
Change of mind and product-specific terms
Before buying, ask OS Enterprise whether any additional voluntary change-of-mind policy applies to your exact item and what its conditions are. Confirm product condition, warranty provider, coverage and claim procedure. A voluntary policy does not replace rights you have under applicable law.
Refunds and payment issues
Where a refund is due, OS Enterprise should confirm the amount, method and expected processing time for your case. Bank or payment-provider processing may add time. If a payment is unconfirmed but money has left your account, contact OS Enterprise with the order or payment reference before paying again.
Your consumer rights
There is no blanket “no refund” exclusion on this site. These instructions do not waive rights or remedies under Nigerian consumer-protection law. You can consult the FCCPC’s rights and complaints information or seek another lawful remedy.
